Paragliding depends on wind and thermal conditions more than it depends on the calendar, which is why flight days sometimes shift even in peak season.
That said, late spring through early autumn (May-September) generally offers the most consistent flying weather across our launch sites. Mornings tend to be calmer than afternoons, which is why tandem flights are often scheduled earlier in the day. If conditions aren't safe on your scheduled day, we reschedule rather than fly regardless — no exceptions, whatever the itinerary pressure.
Building a short buffer day into your schedule around a paragliding booking, rather than a same-day flight-and-fly-out plan, meaningfully lowers your risk of missing it to weather.
