Tours marked "Book & Pay Now" can be paid for instantly online. Tours marked "Request to Book" require confirmation of your date with us over WhatsApp before payment is arranged, because they depend on partner availability, remote logistics, or weather conditions.
Some tours (4x4 transfers, high-altitude paragliding, mountain trekking) may be rescheduled or adjusted for safety in case of bad weather or road conditions. We will contact you directly as early as possible if this affects your booking.
Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, except when Zoomy Travel cancels or reschedules the tour itself (e.g. for weather or safety) — in that case you get a full refund or a new date, your choice. To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp with your booking details.
