Most Issyk-Kul time is spent looking at the lake from the shore. These two activities put you on it instead — but they're built for different moods.
A relaxed 2-3 hour cruise timed for sunset, watching the light change over the surrounding peaks. No activity required beyond showing up — a good way to close out a day of touring rather than start one.
Boat-towed and airborne — a short, active burst rather than a relaxed sit. No experience needed (you're strapped into a harness, not steering anything), but it's a different kind of experience than the cruise: a few minutes of view from above rather than an unhurried float.
Worth noting: parasailing (towed by boat over water) is a different activity from our mountainside paragliding tours, which launch from a mountain and require no water at all. If you want real altitude and a longer flight, paragliding is the closer match; if you want something easy and lake-based, parasailing.
